You either need to do the work yourself and devote your precious time to monitoring your virtual server, or, alternatively, you have to arrange a 3rd–party tool whose sole responsibility will be to watch over your Virtual Private Server. And that is exactly where our Managed Servers deal will help you out. Thanks to it, your virtual server will be included in our own custom–made monitoring software system, which will keep an eye on all the key processes. And in case of any service trouble, our sysadmins will be informed straight away and they will solve the issue as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Server is not the simplest process in the world. You will either need to use a separate server or your desktop computer, alternatively make use of some 3rd–party solution. We offer a much simpler and easier solution with our Managed Servers deal. We will create a full backup copy of your VPS each week, so you never need to fear losing important data. Last but not least we can restore a backup very fast. All the backups are kept on a special server with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything happens to your content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server provides you with a virtually endless set of possibilities, you will sometimes need to install additional pieces of software. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can comes in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Managed Servers offer, which allows you to demand any of our knowledgeable tech support engineers to install and set up any software package and to rectify any problem you may have with your VPS.

The Managed Servers deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It is an extra for our KVM VPS Servers.
