A: We strive to implement all website migrations as fast as possible. However, we do not have a set time frame for web site migrations. There are different factors that you have to take into account – the sheer size of your site and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We always try to accomplish each migration in under 48 hours. With smaller sites, our team usually manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: We do not need any personal information. We’ll require, however, the login information for your present web hosting account along with the name of the web site that you would like to transfer.

A: While we transfer your website content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the transfer at all. We won’t contact them in any way.

A: We can migrate your web site from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform so long as we can receive access to the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only web sites that we cannot migrate are those based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
